The target was achieved thanks to precise regulations of the Nitrogen flow ensured by N5Nitrogen, which also ensures full repeatability of the process, making the production parameters available for further analysis.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; the services provided by Atieuno, together with N5Nitrogen implementation, Novellini reduced the surface defects, with global net productivity increased by <strong>6%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The production process has also been <strong>shortened <\/strong>by an entire working phase.<\/li>\n<li>Profiles polishing before chroming has become superfluous, thanks to the high <strong>quality of the profiles<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The<strong> scrap,<\/strong> caused by micro-pickup, <strong>has been reduced<\/strong> by more than 30%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Energy savings<\/strong> \u2013 the elimination of an entire work phase, together with the overall scrap reduction, has led to significant energy savings, making Novellini products more
