Casthouse Management System is a vertical module, part of our EMS Ecosystem 3rd generation, developed by our experts to monitor, control and track real-time all the operation in the aluminium re-melting departments.

This innovative software system uses Aluminium Cast House technology developed by Atieuno to provide full casthouse management and supervision, covering all the production stages from raw material reception, melting, casting, homogenization, cutting, packing, laboratory analysis and more. The system suggests the proper raw materials proportion to achieve the proper chemical composition for the targeted alloy.

ALUMINIUM CASTHOUSE MANAGEMENT AND TRACEABILITY

Quality assurance and traceability are essential for the aluminium re-melters to meet customers specific needs and regulatory requirements. Casthouse Management System provides full traceability by cast number and constant supervision of the re-melting process. It creates a Cast ID Passport including the following data:

List of completed operations (melting, casting, etc…)

ID assignment for every single LOG

Operators at the workcenter

Good and scrap quantity at each production stage

Time spent for each operation

Energy consumption (for each operation)

Quantity of the scrap loaded in the melting furnace

Historic data about the chemical composition quality control

Technical scrap produced during the cutting procedures

Final packages created
